| Job Description: |
Weeknight Class & Program Operations:
- Serve as the primary coordinator of and on-site staff member for class weeknights at the UF Jacksonville campus (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00–10:00 p.m.).
- Act as a visible and engaged ambassador for the program, providing support and interaction with students during class nights and events.
- Assist with coordination of catering, classroom setup, instructional materials, and facility needs to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Support logistics for faculty and staff traveling to Jacksonville, including preparation of informational materials.
- Collect and share student feedback to support continuous improvement of the student experience.
- Provide regular evening and occasional weekend operational support as needed.
Recruiting for the Warrington College of Business in Jacksonville:
- Support recruitment efforts for the MSMAi–Jacksonville program in collaboration with the Assistant Director.
- Plan, coordinate, and host virtual and in-person information sessions, including evening and weekend events.
- Serve as a point of contact for prospective students by responding to inquiries and providing program information aligned with admissions guidance.
- Assist with applicant follow-up, event communications, and recruitment tracking.
- Represent the MSMAi program at recruitment and outreach events as directed.
- Collaborate with Warrington admissions staff to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with admissions timelines and processes.
Academic Advising Support & Student Experience:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for MSMAi Jacksonville students regarding routine academic and program-related questions.
- Support academic advising functions, including course registration assistance, degree progress tracking, and communication related to grades, holds, and enrollment status.
- Escalate student issues and concerns to appropriate staff or faculty as needed.
- Assist with the planning and execution of student orientation, onboarding, and end-of-program activities.
Jacksonville Program & Office Support:
- Support the Assistant Director with day-to-day Jacksonville program operations and serve as a liaison with Jacksonville campus staff as needed.
- Assist with maintaining program calendars, documentation, and operational workflows.
- Support implementation of established policies and procedures for MSMAi programming.
Warrington College Collaboration:
- Attend events in Gainesville to connect with Warrington staff and gain familiarity with program operations, including orientations, spring and fall graduation ceremonies (April and December), admissions events, and other team events. These events occur throughout the year and may span multiple days; travel and lodging costs are covered.
- Participate in Warrington College meetings, trainings, and events in Gainesville or Jacksonville as requested.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff across graduate programs to support consistency in student experience and program operations.
Additional Duties:
- Undertake other duties, projects, deliverables, or reports as assigned by the supervisor and WCB Leadership.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in program growth and development.

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, tech proficiency, and effective communication abilities.
- Have a proven record of success in program excellence, student outcomes, or student satisfaction.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Contribute to the Warrington student experience unit while actively collaborating across the broader Warrington College of Business.
- Understand and navigate all aspects of an academic unit effectively.
- Proactively build alliances and partnerships across the Warrington portfolio to enhance strategic outcomes for Jacksonville programs.
- Seek collaboration opportunities with colleagues across the Hough Graduate School of Business and Warrington College of Business.
- May be required to represent the university at professional association meetings or other events.
