The incumbent is expected to engage in monthly provider and interdisciplinary team meetings, contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic operations and care delivery processes, and support the academic mission of the College of Nursing through the precepting and clinical education of graduate nursing students. The position requires a commitment to excellence in clinical practice, collaboration, service to rural and underserved populations, and the advancement of nursing-led healthcare delivery.
