CLINICAL ASST/ASSO/FULL PROFESSOR

Must have or anticipate receiving a doctorate degree in related fields of study before August 2027. Degrees earned from an educational institution outside of the United States are required to be evaluated by a professional credentialing service provider approved by National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), which can be found at http://www.naces.org/. The Management Department at the University of Florida Warrington College of Business seeks a non-tenure-track clinical professor (open rank at the assistant, associate, or full professor level) for one position in the area of organizational behavior/human resource (OB/HR) management. Responsibilities include teaching courses in leadership, creativity, and related OB/HR topics as well as producing scholarly research. The successful candidate will have a record of publishing in and teaching these topic areas or demonstrated potential to do so.

This position will start in August 2027. Salary is competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
