About the Position:
In this highly visible position, you will serve as the front-facing representative of the President's Office, providing outstanding customer service, coordinating daily office operations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will supervise student assistants, manage reception operations, coordinate communications and correspondence, and support executive-level activities, including presidential meetings, events, and speaking engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, stakeholders, and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Lead reception operations, supervise and schedule student assistants, and maintain seamless front-office coverage.
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, mail, and packages while exercising sound judgment in handling sensitive inquiries.
- Support presidential operations by assisting with meeting logistics, briefing materials, event preparation, and executive correspondence.
- Serve as the office Asset Management Coordinator and Building Emergency Coordinator, supporting office security, facilities, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance requests, parking arrangements, and other administrative functions that keep the office running efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, inventories, and operational procedures while ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
