The University of Florida's Office of the University Registrar is seeking a University Registrar Services Coordinator III to support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the university's degree audit systems. Serving in a key functional role, this position develops, updates, tests, and maintains degree audit requirements for undergraduate academic programs, ensuring curriculum, academic policies, and program changes are accurately reflected in audit tools that support student degree progress and academic advising. In addition to its primary focus on degree audit administration, the position supports curriculum implementation, degree certification activities, and other academic systems initiatives that contribute to student success and the integrity of the university's academic records.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Degree Audit & Academic Records
- Maintain, test, and update undergraduate degree audit requirements within Campus Solutions and Stellic to ensure alignment with approved curricula, academic policies, and degree requirements.
- Review approved curriculum changes and implement corresponding updates to degree audit configurations and rules.
- Analyze and resolve degree audit discrepancies, conduct quality assurance reviews, and maintain documentation of audit requirements and processes.
- Support degree certification activities by reviewing degree requirements and assisting with the accurate and timely conferral of degrees.
- Serve as a resource to academic advisors and campus partners by providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and training on degree audit functionality and related processes.
- Collaborate with academic units and other stakeholders to enhance degree audit processes and support student success initiatives.
Catalog, Curriculum & Alternative Credentials
- Support university catalog maintenance and publication activities by implementing approved curriculum changes and ensuring academic program, policy, and requirement information is accurate across the catalog and related systems.
- Support Comprehensive Learner Record (CLR), digital badge, and alternative credential initiatives through record maintenance, system updates, credential processing, and stakeholder coordination.
- Provide guidance on catalog, curriculum, CLR, and alternative credential processes, while maintaining related documentation, resources, and procedures.
Systems, Testing & Training
- Assist with testing and validation of updates and enhancements to Registrar Services systems.
- Troubleshoot system and data issues and assist with identifying appropriate solutions.
- Maintain process documentation and training resources and provide functional support to campus partners.
Special Projects & Other Duties
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with reporting, data review, and documentation of office processes.
- Support improvements that increase the efficiency and accuracy of Registrar Services operations.
- Cross-train in related Registrar Services functions to provide support during peak workload periods.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

$52,000

| Preferred: |
- Experience working in a registrar’s office, academic affairs, curriculum management, academic advising, or a related higher education environment.
- Experience with degree audit, curriculum management, catalog, student information, or credentialing systems.
- Knowledge of academic policies, curriculum processes, degree requirements, and degree certification practices.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate complex academic requirements and policies into system configurations and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience identifying discrepancies, troubleshooting system or data issues, and developing effective solutions.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing process documentation, training materials, or user resources.
