Reporting to the Assistant Director of Outreach and Consultation of the Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC), the outreach coordinator is a clinical faculty member of the CWC and serves in a key role responsible for supporting the Center’s efforts in planning and providing leadership for all aspects of campus outreach, including both face-to-face and digital efforts. The outreach coordinator works collaboratively with Assistant Director of Outreach and Consultation assisting in policy drafting and planning. This person is responsible for supporting efforts in creating and maintaining relationships with other departments across campus to ensure that outreach and consultation efforts are compatible with other campus efforts and meeting the needs of the University of Florida (UF) students. The outreach coordinator provides timely responses to campus outreach requests by working with the outreach student assistant on a consistent basis. The outreach coordinator also supervises the AWARE graduate assistant and provides oversight to the AWARE Ambassadors program (for both the undergraduate and graduate level of the program), including recruiting, outreach efforts and budgeting needs. |
