| We are seeking a Software Developer to join the UF/IFAS Breeding Insight team. The project develops and implements breeding and genomic data management systems to deliver increased rates of genetic gain in agriculture. The breeding, genomic, and phenotypic data management systems include databases, analytics, and decision support tools for breeders. In addition to the creation and maintenance of tools, we also integrate and utilize a wide range of open-source industry tools and platforms. This project encompasses software development efforts, integration, cloud deployment, and focuses on ease of use for small breeding programs. |
