This position, available immediately, focuses on developing statistical, machine learning and deep learning methods to analyze multi-omics data (genetic, epigenetic, transcriptomic, imaging, single-cell genomics and spatial omics data) with the goal of understanding the underlying genetic architecture of complex traits and diseases. Key responsibilities for the postdoctoral associate position include data analysis, manuscript writing, research presentation at conferences, and assistance with grant applications.
