| The Associate Director of Health Care Administration, officially serving as the Team Coordinator for the Department of Health (DOH) CPT program, provides senior administrative leadership for all Child Protection Team (CPT) programs within the division, including DOH, SATP, VOCA, FNCAC, and other associated programs. Reporting to the Division Chief and Department Director, this role is responsible for strategic planning, program oversight, fiscal management, quality assurance, personnel supervision, and community liaison activities across multiple programs.
The position ensures compliance with all grant, contract, and regulatory requirements while promoting high-quality, collaborative, and efficient service delivery. The role serves as the primary administrative leader for CPT operations, overseeing program staff, financial and operational resources, and community partnerships. The position will report to the Chief of the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and Immunology and the Chair of the Department of Pediatrics. UF CARES is the only comprehensive HIV program in north Florida serving adults, adolescents, children and pregnant women. The UF CARES has Ryan White Part A, C and D Funding, a 340B Pharmacy Program, and has an active NIH and PHARMA funded research program. |
