| The Accessibility Specialist increases accessibility for UF students with disabilities. With a clear and thorough understanding of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), the Fair Housing Act, and University policies, the Accessibility Specialist works directly with disabled students to assess barriers to access, challenges, and successes, to determine reasonable accommodations. The Accessibility Specialist engages in an interactive process with DRC students and reviews medical/psychological documentation to demonstrate support of accommodations. The Accessibility Specialist communicates with campus partners to ensure academic accommodations are provided. The Accessibility Specialist described works in the Disability Resource Center in the Division of Student Life.

| As an integral member of the Department of Housing & Residence Life team, the Program Coordinator within Housing & Residence Life assists with coordination of the student conduct program within our residential spaces. The Program Coordinator evaluates incoming reports to make appropriate charging decisions, reviews student sanction submissions, manages appropriate records, and serves as a liaison to campus partners to promote an efficient resolution process. With over 20 residence halls and 3 village communities providing housing for over 8,500 students living on campus, our work is vital in providing well-maintained and community-oriented facilities.
