Operations Associates serve the department of RecSports by supervising activity at indoor and outdoor facilities, enforcing policies and procedures throughout the recreation centers and field spaces, and overseeing equipment check-out services.
Successful candidates will begin work at the start of the Fall 2026 semester.

Lifeguards will be tasked with overseeing all water-based activities and ensuring the safety of our members and guests. Duties at Lake Wauburg include monitoring boaters on the lake, operating a motorized rescue boat, and working equipment rental at the boathouse.
