| This position is responsible for supporting an institutional compliance program designed to ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures for the University of Florida enterprise, including all of its direct support organizations and affiliated entities. Under direction of the Chief Compliance, Ethics and Privacy Officer (CCO) and UF Compliance and Ethics Director (Director), the Assistant Director of Compliance and Ethics (AD) will coordinate enterprise-wide compliance initiatives and develop and execute strategies to promote compliance and ethics, in collaboration with compliance partners across the enterprise. Additionally, the AD will manage and oversee the day-to-day functions related to training, the compliance partner program, and ethics initiatives through the Florida Commission on Ethics. |
