| The Director of Development & Strategic Alumni Engagement will focus on fundraising for the College of Nursing (CON) through personal contacts and facilitation of annual giving programs, special events, and communications with alumni and friends. Reporting to the Senior Director of Advancement, this position will identify prospects, cultivate and close both mid-range giving and major gift prospects donors (rated from $100,000 and above). This role will serve as a strategic partner with the College of Nursing and UF Advancement to develop and implement advancement strategies aligned with College priorities. The position will help translate institutional priorities into compelling philanthropic opportunities and use prospect, donor, alumni engagement, and philanthropic data to inform strategy.
