| 4-H is the nation’s largest youth development organization. There are 6.5 million young people in grades K-12 enrolled in the 4-H programs across America and approximately 200,000 within the State of Florida. This non-formal, practical educational program for youth is the youth development program of Florida Cooperative Extension – part of the University of Florida IFAS. The Florida 4-H Youth Development Program uses a learn-by-doing approach and caring adults to help youth gain the knowledge and life skills they need to be productive, responsible citizens.

| Join the University of Florida’s Neurology team in the Movement Disorders Division as a Clinical Case Manager I, where you will make a meaningful impact on patients and families navigating complex neurological conditions. The Clinical Case Manager I independently provides casework services to patients and families as indicated to address the psychosocial aspects of care regarding adjustment to illness and treatment, while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff both internal and external to the organization.
The Clinical Case Manager I will participate in quality improvement and evaluation processes related to patient satisfaction and patient rights and serve as an information resource for the Fixel Institute of Neurological Diseases (FIND) in the Department of Neurology. Credentialing for this position requires the incumbent to be licensed as a social worker in the State of Florida. |
