Responsible for tracking the admissions and enrollment processes for graduate programs and preparing reports for the department. Will assist with managing the student placement process with clinical sites, with oversight from the Director of Clinical Education. Coordinates and organizes graduate student registration with software and communicates with graduate students for credentialing and onboarding processes. Coordinates faculty teaching effort through the Academic Activities Reporting (AAR) system and corresponds with professionals to provide critical information and resolve complex problems. Maintains close liaison with and implements the policies of the UF Graduate School, Office of Admissions, and the College of Public Health & Health Professions. In conjunction with the Director of Clinical Education, the incumbent manages all clinical experience affiliation contracts and acts as liaison for clinical experience placement issues within the department. Additionally, this role provides data organization and analysis related to clinical education and its’ initiatives. |
