| The Human Resources Business Partner I (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner aligned with the College of Public Health and Health Professions (PHHP)’s missions in clinical care, education, research, and administration while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws, university regulations, and internal policies. This position collaborates closely with departmental leadership, faculty, and staff to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support operational and organizational goals. The HRBP supports and coordinates a broad range of human resources functions for the college and its departments, including talent management, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, workforce development, and HR operations. In this role, the HRBP also contributes to process improvement initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional HR support while building collaborative working relationships across the college. |

| The AI for Health Institute at the University of Florida seeks a Course Director and Lecturer to lead the AI Passport platform, a multi-audience, governance-literacy-oriented AI education platform, that includes the NIH-funded AI Passport for Biomedical Researchers (R25), the UF-funded AI Passport for Healthcare Workforce, and a growing family of audience-specific instantiations. The Course Director will hold primary operational responsibility for curriculum quality, learner experience, implementation fidelity, and scholarly documentation of the platform, working in close partnership with the Contact PI, MPIs, program manager, and instructional design team. The position is appointed at the rank of a lecturer and is non-tenure accruing. This position carries a clear pathway to progressive academic responsibility as the platform scales. |

| The Director, Digital Compliance and Accessibility (Director) is a leadership role responsible for the independent oversight and management of the University of Florida’s (university) enterprise-wide Digital Accessibility Compliance Program. This position serves as the university’s designated compliance official for digital accessibility and ensures institutional compliance with applicable federal and state requirements, including ADA, Section 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and WCAG standards.
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Director/ADA/504 Coordinator (Senior Director), the Director provides day-to-day program leadership, supervises compliance staff, and is responsible for establishing and scaling a new Digital Accessibility Compliance function. In collaboration with the Senior Director, the Director develops program strategy, governance structures, policies, and operational processes to support accessibility and compliance across web, digital platforms, and information and communication technologies (ICT).
The Director also serves as a key advisor to senior leadership and provides consultative support across the institution, including conducting individual and group consultations, delivering training, guiding departments in developing Digital ADA Accessibility Compliance Plans, and supporting procurement-related accessibility and compliance reviews. The Director works collaboratively with UFIT, procurement, legal, academic and administrative units to promote a culture of compliance, accessibility, accountability, and continuous improvement. |
