| The Director of Employee Accommodations Services (Director) is a leadership role reporting to the Senior Compliance Director/ADA/504 Coordinator (Senior Director) in the ADA Compliance Office. The Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the UF Employee Accommodation Services program within the ADA Compliance Office.
Serving as the university's official for the program, the Director ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies at all assigned UF, UF-IFAS, and UF Health locations across the state. This position leads a high-volume, case management-based program that supports employees across multiple campuses. The Director oversees daily operations, staff, and service delivery. The Director also oversees accommodation information management systems, regularly collects data on all services provided, and creates reports to advise senior leadership on trends and complex accommodation and compliance matters. The Director maintains written standard operational procedures and regularly assesses the efficiency of workflow; making adjustments as needed to ensure effective workflows, staffing strategies, and service standards are in place and the team is able to meet growing demand. |
