The Career Connections Center seeks an Assistant Director for Career Data, Technology, and Engagement to execute university- strategic initiatives and manage the technologies that support campus strategic priorities to advance career learning, experiential learning, and post-graduation student success. The Assistant Director will serve as a consultant and systems administrator for departments and colleges. In partnership with colleges and departments, this role consults on integrating career learning activities and resources into curriculum, co-curricular programs, and student experience initiatives. The Assistant Director serves as a career coach. The incumbent identifies, develops and delivers targeted training materials, to support students, faculty, staff, and campus partners in enhancing the value of learning and experiences at the University of Florida.

| Research: Focus on freshwater fisheries ecology and management across Florida’s diverse aquatic habitats, including lakes, ponds, rivers, springs, estuaries, and constructed ecosystems. Potential areas of emphasis include fish habitat and stock management, population ecology, ecosystem health, land use impacts, eutrophication, total maximum daily loads (TMDLs) of nutrients, invasive species, hydrologic change, minimum flows and levels (MFLs), and sustainable resource management.
