Assistant Dean of Academics Calabasas Campus
The developing Physician Assistant (PA) Program at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate to serve in a full-time faculty appointment as the Assistant Dean of Academics for its graduate program, the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. The assistant dean has primary responsibility to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the PA curriculum. The assistant dean is a key member of the leadership team, reports directly to the dean, and in collaboration with the dean supports all curricular, assessment, and instructional aspects of the PA Program. Initial duties will also include curriculum development and preparation for the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) application and site visit. Other duties include teaching, scholarship, academic advising, service, admissions, and professional activities. In addition to serving as a principal faculty member, the Assistant Dean of Academics will collaborate with the dean in the improvement and refinement of the curriculum for the PA program, to meet University and program goals, in accordance with the accreditation standards of the ARC-PA.

Supervisor, Maintenance Services Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Manager, Maintenance Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), supervises assigned maintenance trade personnel to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe, and clean environment in the tasks of painting, drywall, windows, glass, flooring, roofing, and tile repairs while implementing water intrusion, asbestos, and microbial abatement protocols. Responsible for daily work prioritization, quality control, and customer communication. Must have strong experience in the field and demonstrate the ability to work well with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Door and Lock Technician Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Access Manager for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, performs installation, repair, and maintenance of locks, locking devices, exit devices, doors, door hardware such as closers, panic hardware, and hinges, and related devices throughout campus. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.
Building Maintenance Technician, Third Shift Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Senior Manager of Custodial Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with the Manager on Duty (MOD), perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of machinery, buildings, and equipment throughout campus facilities during the night shift on assigned days of the week from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Shall perform work at a skilled level in several trades including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical, and do related work as required. Digital Designer Hybrid, Calabasas Campus
The Digital Designer plays a vital role in shaping and executing digital creative communications for Pepperdine University and its schools. As part of the University Marketing and Communications team, this position is responsible for designing compelling digital experiences and high-impact communications across web, email, social media, and other digital platforms. The Digital Designer serves as a key liaison in ensuring digital design excellence and consistency across the University's external-facing channels. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Creative, the Digital Designer collaborates closely with the assistant director, the senior director and other IMC team members to conceptualize and produce dynamic digital assets that engage Pepperdine’s largest audiences. This role requires a strong grasp of digital design principles, interactivity, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
