The SCO is responsible for assisting military-connected students, prospective students, and staff with all administrative needs across the University. The SCO will evaluate and process Department of Veterans Affairs education benefits, verify student benefit eligibility, assist students through the benefit application process, and update benefit information on a continuous basis. Senior Associate Director, Admissions Operations Remote, West LA Campus
The Senior Associate Director will be an integral member of the Admission Office at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, supervising a team, leading the documentation of business processes, as well as providing leadership, oversight and project management. The Associate Director will play a key role in the development and administration of business practices, admission processes, audit reports, and problem-solving key issues related to application data/policies/procedures. Student Services and Enrollment Specialist Malibu Campus
This position serves as our primary point of contact for all student related inquiries and needs. They will be involved in some elements of the admissions process for certain types of students, and responsible for providing guidance and support to students pursuing an in person degree or certificate administered through Graduate Law Programs and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Manager of Straus Institute and Graduate Law Programs Malibu Campus
The Manager of Straus Institute and Graduate Law Programs will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the professional training programs and events offered by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution as well as academic events related to the Law School's online and in person degree programs. These academic events include the on-campus weekend residency programs, international study tours at our various global program locations, graduation ceremonies/receptions, and faculty luncheons. Strong project management skills are essential and marketing experience is a plus. This individual will report to the Senior Associate Director of Straus Institute and Graduate Law Programs and work collaboratively with the Director of Online Programs, the Executive Director of Graduate Law Programs, Sr. Director of Strategic Development and Global Expansion, SOL leadership and staff, key faculty members and our online program partners to bring these events to life. The person in this role should be entrepreneurial and energetic with keen attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great problem solving skills and ability to be flexible are critical to this role.

Program Assistant: Foster Grandparents Program West LA Campus
The Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) is a grant-funded program managed under the auspices of Pepperdine’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. The Program Assistant provides case management and volunteer support. Together with the Program Administrator, the Program Assistant provides oversight of approximately 150+ volunteers placed at up to 20 stations located primarily in Service Planning Areas (SPA) 4, 6, 7 and 8. The Program Assistant performs administrative duties, such as: answering phones and emails, filing, and managing schedules, while also assisting with volunteer and program support. Assist with the management of the software to facilitate program success (e,g. GoCo, Venngage, AlertMedia, ADP, Live25, PeopleSoft, and FGP webpage). The Program Assistant is to help ensure that all of the files are compliant and audit-ready per federal, state, and local requirements.
