| Under the direction of the Associate Director, Custodial Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), the Assistant Manager is responsible for designated areas of Custodial Services Division to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe, and clean environment in which the University can live, learn, and work. The Assistant Manager provides the highest level of customer service and provides leadership in the planning and implementation of daily operations; this includes buildings, personnel, and oversees relevant cleaning, pest control, waste management, and event support processes. |

| The position directly supports Pepperdine's Department of Facilities Services with repair materials for the Malibu Campus. The position manages and distributes inventory and maintenance materials to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of campus facilities and equipment. Assist Central Receiving with the processing of parcels and freight; maintain accurate records of inventory received and issued; assist with operations of on-campus storage facilities; perform other related duties as assigned.

event space, and arena technology, training, maintenance, and support. |
