As a Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Advisor, you'll be providing exceptional service to our New South Wales (NSW) customers, helping them navigate the world of CTP insurance. On any given day, you could find yourself selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies, and fielding general questions about CTP insurance. The role offers a dynamic environment where you can continuously develop your skills, solve problems, and contribute to both individual and skillset success.

About the role

• Onsite and full time, working Monday to Friday
• Offering CTP that is tailored to our NSW customers
• Customer-focused role addressing all queries related to CTP insurance
• Selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies
• Listening to customer needs and identify opportunities to add value
• Exceeding targets and enjoying the benefits
• Overcoming objections to close the deal
• Delivering awesome service to our clients

About you

• Proven sales experience or a strong desire to work in a sales-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• A natural problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve both personal and team targets
