Purpose of the role 

Responsible for supporting the CTP team in a Software Engineer capacity in CTP related projects.

Key priorities 

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable software solutions that align with Youi/CTP needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Drive improvements in code quality, system design, and development practices.
• Ensure system reliability by monitoring performance and resolving issues promptly.
• Proactively manage risk and safety by following WHS policies and reporting hazards.
• Contribute to a strong risk culture across the team and business.
• Champion Youi’s values and seek opportunities to improve efficiency and compliance.

About you 
Experience & Knowledge:

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL (or similar).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Visual Studio, Swagger (a plus).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Experience with Summit and/or CTP highly regarded.
• Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Committed to continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
