Purpose of the role 

Step into the dynamic advertising industry as a Broadcast Media Coordinator, supporting campaign planning, buying, execution, and reporting while building key skills.

Key priorities 

  • Support planning with rate sourcing, data compilation, and media plan development.
  • Assist in campaign execution including trafficking, spot placement, reconciliations, and material coordination.
  • Manage buying trackers, troubleshoot programmatic deals, and support budget monitoring.
  • Collect and consolidate data for reporting and post-campaign analysis.
  • Assist with monthly invoicing, reconciliations, and vendor billing splits.
  • Embody Youi’s values with a proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset.

About you 
Experience & Knowledge:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar.
  • 1+ years' experience, ideally with exposure to TV buying and Australian broadcast media. (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Tableau and digital video platforms (e.g. DV360, Campaign Manager) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive, and highly organised with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Passionate about media advertising and confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
