Purpose of the role 

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract. This role manages the daily operations of the Campaign Delivery Team, overseeing the end-to-end creative and production process to ensure Youi’s communication campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Key priorities 

  • Manage the end-to-end creative and production process for Youi’s internal shopfront and campaign projects.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Campaign Delivery team, including project tracking, WIPs, meeting minutes, and general support.
  • Ensure smooth production workflows across channels, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Traffic and allocate resources for incoming projects via the project management tool.
  • Plan, brief, and manage project delivery timelines, ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain and update project management systems with accurate status, feedback, and documentation.
  • Facilitate internal meetings, defining agendas, capturing actions, and following up on next steps.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and contribute to process improvements and tool enhancements.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage both internal and external collaboration effectively.
  • Uphold compliance, manage risks, and ensure legal requirements are met across all projects.

About you 
Experience & Knowledge:

  • Degree or TAFE qualification in a relevant field, with experience in project management or production. (Desirable)
  • Strong understanding of creative production and project management processes.
  • Experience delivering marketing communications across multiple media channels.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Confident in stakeholder engagement and leading discussions or meetings.
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable working within a feedback-driven culture.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with tools like Wrike, Monday.com or ClickUp is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Eager to learn, with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for creativity.
  • Professional, accountable, and aligned with Youi’s values and in-house agency vision.

Ways of working 

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.
