Customers have already started their quote, and you call to finish it properly with a clear script, clear flow, and clear goal. Some calls will be smooth while others will test you; that’s sales. With paid training and regular coaching, you’ll get sharper at handling objections, guiding decisions, and closing confidently.

What you’ll be doing

• A part-time role in-office at Sippy Downs
• Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, 0800-1606
• Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover
• Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
• Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly
• Work towards sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits
• Work across systems including online quoting tools
• Receive regular coaching and feedback, and use it to build confidence and capability over time
• Work at the same pace as full-timers
