Why Youi?
We’re here to make insurance more human and provide a better alternative for our customers. As a challenger brand, we question the status quo and look for better ways to support people, especially when life doesn’t go to plan. That means real people helping real customers at the moments that matter most.
It’s also a place where you can make your mark. We believe in growing our own people, and many of our leaders started in frontline roles across the business before progressing into leadership. With clear progression pathways, structured development programs and ongoing coaching, you’ll have the support to build a long-term career here.
Recognition matters too, and you’ll see appreciation in the everyday moments. From ‘You’ve Been Spotted’, where peers recognise great work, to leader shout outs, quarterly Youi Stars and seasonal events that celebrate performance, recognition here is visible and part of how we work, not something saved for once a year.
And as more customers choose Youi, we keep growing. That growth shows up in bigger teams, new roles and expanding capability across the business, creating real opportunities for people to step into new challenges and shape their careers over time.
Work that’s a bit more you-shaped.
