As a Project & Programme Manager in our construction team, this role is pivotal in driving Whitbread's expansion in Ireland. You'll be the cornerstone in bringing our vision to life, overseeing the delivery of our current 1,000 additional pipeline rooms across, 7 sites (circa €200m of CAPEX).
From inception to opening, you'll ensure every detail is executed flawlessly, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and our operations team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
In addition to delivering the pipeline sites you will support the acquisition team in evaluating new sites for future growth opportunities to help us reach our target of 5,000 rooms for Ireland.

Minimum Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience in construction, handling multiple projects at once.
- Member or working towards membership of MRICS / CIOB or similar.
- Hotels experience would be beneficial.
