We are looking for compassionate Personal Care Workers to make a longstanding impact on the wellbeing of our residents at The Belmont Aged care home in Geelong. 

What you’ll love to do

• Ensure resident hygiene and safety as a priority
• Support the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of residents
• Provide the best person-centred care 
• Work collaboratively with members of the care team 
• Facilitate ongoing communication with different stakeholders 
• Accurately report any issues and concerns 

 Hour of Work

• AM, PM and ND shifts available

What you’ll need

• Prior aged care experience
• Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
• Understanding of the new Aged Care Quality Standards  
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• NDIS Check (includes Police Check)
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia  
• Warm interpersonal and communication skills
