About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Manager (Div 1 / Grade 5) to join our team at The Belmont for a maternity cover role. In this hands-on leadership position, you will work closely alongside a high-performing team to deliver quality person-centered care to residents and their loved ones.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide comprehensive nursing with an individualized, person-centered approach
  • Manage medication and wound care
  • Collaborate on recommendation plans and support strategies
  • Contribute to continuous clinical improvement to delivery excellence in care
  • Support residents, families and visitors in a highly professional manner
  • Ensure assessments, care plans and reviews are undertaken appropriately, on time and well documented
  • Assist with clinical education and competency of staff 
  • Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture 

Hours of Work

  • Onsite
  • Monday to Friday
  • 0700 – 1515 (or variation depending on operational needs)

 

Things that matter to us 

  • Two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role 
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards   
  • Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1) 
  • Current registration with AHPRA 
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
  • 2025 Flu vaccination   
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)    
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
