Role Overview: 

We are seeking a cheery and motivated Administration Officer to manage a busy reception while providing calm, high-quality customer service to make all of our guests, residents, and employees feel warm and welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy switchboard
  • Meet and greet all guests
  • Accept deliveries
  • Manage rosters and minimise vacant shifts
  • Support recruitment and education of staff
  • Handle payroll-related tasks
  • Support the General Manager as required
  • Maintain procedures to ensure smooth management of front and back of house
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively and strengthen relationships with TLC employees

What you’ll need

  • Computer literacy and speed
  • Aged Care experience (desirable)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
  • 2025 Influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
