We welcome a qualified part time enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join our team to work at our Hallam site.
You will support the delivery of meaningful activities to enhance the individual wellbeing and lifestyle needs of our residents.
This a maternity cover for 7 months with possible extension and opportunity for ongoing role.
Hours of work
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Weekday hours is between 9.30am to 4.30pm
- Saturday hours is between 1pm to 4.30pm

What you’ll be doing
- Support the delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programs
- Provide one-on-one support for residents
- Review and evaluation of wellbeing care plans and assessments
- Provide an exceptional stakeholder experience
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents wellbeing needs are being met
Things that matter to us
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Check)
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Roadworthy vehicle
