We welcome an experienced AN-ACC Funding Consultant to join our teams who are based throughout South-East Melbourne region.

About the role
The AN-ACC Funding Consultant will support the AN-ACC & Funding Manager in monitoring and auditing processes to ensure compliance and to maximise funding opportunities. This is a 12 month fixed term maternity leave cover.

What you’ll be doing

  • Demonstrate a high understanding of AN-ACC funding processes & assessments
  • Review clinical documentation to maximise AN-ACC funding
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on development opportunities for best AN-ACC outcomes
  • Enter and manage claims in the My Aged Care Portal
  • Provide ongoing AN-ACC support and education to staff

Things that matter to us

  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
  • Awareness of how care minute requirements link with AN-ACC
  • Understand the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Advanced administration, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Up-to-date Vaccinations (COVID-19 and Influenza)  
  • NDIS Check
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
