The Role
This full-time position is based 5 days per week in our beautiful Head Office overlooking Albert Park lake. You will manage your own diverse recruitment portfolio, collaborating across all TLC brands to deliver innovative end-to-end hiring solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include developing creative sourcing strategies and managing the full recruitment cycle, including:
- Talent attraction (advertisement drafting, posting)
- Shortlisting & phone screening
- Interview coordination
- Reference checks & placements
- Ensuring seamless candidate experiences
- Building & maintaining candidate talent pools
- Leading surge recruitment projects
- Supporting broader HR initiatives when required

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in talent acquisition & recruitment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Strong resilience and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
