Marketing Manager – Eastern region.
Region: Whittlesea, Donvale, Hallam, Noble Park, Mordialloc, Frankston North, Chelsea Heights.
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on, energetic and strategic Marketing Manager to manage and elevate a house of brands to increase awareness, drive sales, connect with local community groups to build brand preference and identify sales opportunities, and enhance customer engagement across TLC Healthcare’s Eastern Business Portfolio.
Brands within your portfolio will include:
- TLC Healthcare
- TLC Medical Centres
- TLC Aged Care
- TLC Health Clubs
- TLC Supplies
- The Village Café & Bar
As a key member in our team, you’ll have broad-through-the-line experience in the following areas:
- Traditional and digital marketing and advertising campaigns
- Tactical and integrated marketing campaign development
- Functions & Events
- Sponsorships & Activations
- Social Media
- Digital and traditional collateral development
- Product Packaging
- Communications
- Signage & wayfinding
- Promotional items
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to deliver on the plans for the region across the brand portfolio
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager in the development of digital-based initiatives
- Ideate, plan, manage, cost and deliver engaging events
- Adeptly manage stakeholders, ensuring they are appropriately updated on plans and works in progress
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure business needs are considered and that ideas are thoroughly thought-through and investigated
- Plan, engage suppliers, and deliver on project marketing requirements related to new-builds and brand extensions
- Including, but not limited to, go-to-market campaigns, furniture and artworks selection, interior soft furnishings, interior and exterior brand identification signage – in relation to how the brand is experienced by the end user through the built form
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, ensuring alignment with company goals

- You need to understand digital well enough to consider its place in everything you’re responsible for in your portfolio
