About the Role
This is not your typical role—as a Care Manager (Div 1 / Grade 5), you will be hands-on, delivering person-centred care alongside a high-performing team dedicated to enriching the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care using a person-centred approach
- Manage medication and wound care to support residents' health
- Collaborate on recommendation plans and support strategies
- Drive continuous clinical improvement to ensure excellence in care
- Provide compassionate support to residents, families, and visitors
- Oversee assessments, care plans, and reviews with accurate documentation
- Assist in staff clinical education and competency development
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and diverse workplace culture
Things that matter to us
- Two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
- Over 4 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1)
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2025 Influenza vaccination
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
