About Clifton Views – Melbourne’s First High-Rise Residential Aged Care Home

Located in the heart of Fitzroy North, Clifton Views is a sophisticated aged care home, centrally positioned near Queens Parade’s shops and transport links. About the Role

This is not your typical role. As a Care Manager (Div 1/Grade 5), you will thrive on the floor, delivering hands-on care while leading a high-performing team committed to person-centred care for our residents and their loved ones.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing with an individualized, person-centred approach.
  • Oversee medication administration and wound care.
  • Collaborate on recommendation plans and support strategies.
  • Drive continuous clinical improvement to ensure excellence in care.
  • Provide professional support to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Ensure assessments, care plans, and reviews are timely and well-documented.
  • Assist in clinical education and competency training for staff.
  • Promote and foster a positive, collaborative, and diverse culture.

 

Things that matter to us 

  • Two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role 
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards   
  • Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1) 
  • Current registration with AHPRA 
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)    
  • 2025 Influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)    
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
