Kenyon College seeks a collaborative, strategic, and forward-thinking leader to serve as Associate Vice President for Enrollment Strategy, Technology & Analytics. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment and Dean of Admissions, this role will play a central part in shaping how the College identifies, engages, enrolls, and supports students across the enrollment lifecycle.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional position that brings together data, technology, marketing systems, and financial strategy in service of Kenyon’s enrollment goals. Rather than operating as a set of discrete functions, these areas are intentionally integrated in this role to ensure that systems, insights, and investments reinforce one another. Ideally, this enables the College to make better, earlier, and more confident decisions.
The AVP will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team responsible for enrollment systems, CRM management, and business intelligence, and to further develop the infrastructure and analytical capacity needed to support a modern, student-centered and institution-centered enrollment strategy.

A distinguishing feature of this role is its integration of financial strategy and resource allocation. The AVP will help the College better understand the relationship between recruitment, marketing, financial aid, and enrollment outcomes thereby strengthening the ability to evaluate return on investment and to direct resources toward the most effective strategies.
