About The Role 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Insights, you will play a key support role in helping drive data-informed decision-making across marketing, including Media & CRM. This role is responsible for campaign performance analysis, experimentation analysis, and customer marketing insights.  

You will support the team by tracking marketing and CRM experiments, and ensuring insights are actioned effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically minded individual looking to develop their skills in marketing data, reporting, and measurement. 

You will 

  • Track and report on key marketing and CRM campaigns, providing insights on performance and effectiveness. 
  • Support post-campaign analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Maintain and update core marketing reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance. 
  • Support marketing experiments, including A/B testing, to measure impact and effectiveness. 
  • Provide insights from test results to optimise future marketing strategies. 
  • Pull and validate customer lists for targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations. 
  • Support segmentation and targeting efforts to improve campaign effectiveness. 
  • Ensure data hygiene and accuracy in reports and customer targeting. 

About You 

  • Strong ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
  • High level of accuracy in reporting and list management. 
  • Ability to present data and insights concisely and clearly. 
  • Works well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis. 
  • Understanding of marketing metrics and campaign performance tracking. 
Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation methodologies is highly regarded.
