About The Role
You are sports mad and passionate about marketing and social media. You have an extensive understanding of the social media platforms. You have experience utilising data, creative, trends and insights to plan and execute social media campaigns focussed on driving excitement for consumers and delivering business outcomes through highly impactful social content.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with our content teams to develop the content, ensuring it is optimised for each platform and resonates with our target audience.
- Develop and share content plans for each social platform ensuring alignment with key moments throughout the sports and racing calendar
- Lead in the delivery of paid social media campaigns focused on delivering top of funnel brand metrics
- Utilise data and industry best practice to deliver best in class social media content
- Measure and analyse results using analytical tools and report findings to key stakeholders
- Utilise Platform Ads Managers and Sprout Social to manage and optimise social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.
- Responsible for compliance checks on all social media communications to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and regulatory adherence.
About You
- A customer first attitude and constantly strive to improve customers’ experience.
- A strong understanding of all the social media platforms, what they offer advertisers and users.
- Excellent digital/social campaign build, monitor, optimize and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of the various social advertising formats and placements.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Facebook, TikTok, Google, Snap, X ad platforms is preferrable.
- Experience with any social monitoring or campaign management tools like Sprinklr, Sprout etc.
