As the MarTech Manager, you will lead a team of product managers who oversee our marketing technology platforms. You will manage the product lifecycle, prioritised backlog, and tenders/implementations for all systems that Marketing need to succeed.

We are looking for someone who loves to solve problems, work with stakeholders and loves the delivery of brilliant customer outcomes. If you’re eager to lead a team through important project delivery, strategy work and sharpen a product portfolio this role is for you!


About the Role

  • Identify customer problems and make informed decisions on solving problems which have the highest impact.
  • Develop and articulate clear business cases for change as well as informing the project implementation for new MarTech platforms.
  • Build a high-performing team of diverse expert practitioners, who are highly engaged and driven, and willing to disrupt the status quo.
  • Lifecycle management of our MarTech platforms ensuring they stay health by proactively working with and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Work with business teams to inform backlogs of opportunity for our platforms and deliver business value.
  • Monitor competitor and market activity, continuously assessing strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for the platform.
  • Measure product performance against success metrics and implement activities to drive performance where necessary.
  • Lead innovation through Marketing related business units across industry and environmental change.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Product Management role.
  • Product development experience leveraging the product management lifecycle framework.
  • Worked with delivery teams that use Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with establishing and communicating strategy and roadmaps, driving commercial negotiations, managing commercial partners, performance analysis and leading complex projects.
  • Significant experience working with and improving marketing technology tools.
  • Strong verbal and visual presentation skills.
  • Commercial acumen to produce business case and ROI projections for initiatives and to assess actual performance against projections.
  • Ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders to drive business outcomes and optimise product in market.
