About the Role

As the Systems and Reporting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our pricing and analytics capabilities. Your exceptional analytical skills and deep understanding of sports betting markets will be invaluable as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge pricing models, optimize risk management strategies, and drive data-driven decision-making.

You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and cutting-edge analytical tools, leveraging machine learning and advanced statistical techniques to gain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving sports betting industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management and Maintenance: Overseeing the daily operation of HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights, and generating reports to support decision-making processes.
  • System Implementation and Upgrades: Leading the implementation of new HR systems or upgrades to existing systems, including planning, testing, and training.
  • User Support and Training: Providing support and training to HR staff and other users of the HR systems to ensure they can effectively use the tools.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes through better use of technology.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensuring that HR systems comply with relevant laws and regulations, and that data is secure and protected.

Key requirements:  
To excel in this position, you should possess a strong background in pricing and risk management, coupled with advanced analytical skills and a deep understanding of sports betting dynamics. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, as you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Strong HRIS and payroll process knowledge, with experience across full system delivery lifecycle
  • Systems thinker with expertise in data architecture, automation, and visualisation
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, plus familiarity with tools like Visio, DAX, and Python
  • Experience with BambooHR and other leading HR platforms
  • Proven ability to analyse data, improve processes, and conduct root cause analysis
  • Solid understanding of information security and compliance standards
  • Comfortable working at pace with shifting priorities
  • Clear communicator with a learning mindset and ability to support non-technical stakeholders
  • Strategic understanding of how HR systems support business objectives
