About The Role
At Sportsbet, we’re passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for our customers, and we’re looking for people who share that energy. We’re hiring permanent full-time Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre, where you’ll be at the heart of the action during some of the biggest moments in sport, from the AFL and NRL finals through to the iconic Spring Racing Carnival.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll join a high-performing, full-time team committed to delivering “best in class” service. You’ll support customers through peak sporting periods and access excellent training and long-term career development opportunities.
Please note: This is a permanent full-time position. Rosters will vary and include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We are particularly seeking team members who are available throughout our busiest sporting seasons, including Spring Racing.
What You’ll Do:
- Handling betting inquiries and providing general customer support across multiple channels; phone, email, and live chat.
- Solving customer problems efficiently with a focus on detail and delivering great outcomes.
- Logging clear, concise notes in our customer database.
- Learning new systems quickly and always keeping the customer front of mind.
What We’re Looking For:
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a visa that permits full-time work
- Previous customer service experience is essential; contact centre experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal communication skills as this is a phone-based role
- Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Please note: You must be available for 3 weeks of full-time training starting Tuesday 9th September (training includes Saturdays).
