About the Role

A key member of the Media & Content Value Stream, managing a team of highly skilled tech professionals!

Lead a team that is directly driving one of Sportsbet's Enterprise OKRs (Media & Content)

Be part of a connection to key commercial teams behind the Media & Content partnerships and content deals!

You will be included in the Engaging Experiences extended leadership team and will play a key role in driving OKRs that connect back to the wider Tech Dept Plan.

About You

• Engineering leadership experience within e-commerce and Agile environments of high volume / throughput and complexity (e.g of product, stakeholders)
• Highly motivated and delivery focused thought leader
• Highly motivated and delivery focused thought leader
• Change resilience e.g can bounce back quickly from change and setbacks and create a focus and lead the team to pivot
• Proven ability to work with ambiguity e.g can facilitate change with limited certainty and move the team toward an outcome
• Demonstrated ability to interact positively and constructively with internal stakeholders, partners, and team members
• Ability to successfully manage multiple streams of work in a high-pressure environment
• Agile mindset with a focus on value driven iterative solutions
