About the role
As a key member of the User Access Management (UAM) team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering quality solutions across a range of initiatives.
From early-stage idea scoping through to stakeholder engagement and project delivery, you'll help turn concepts into actionable outcomes.
Your day-to-day will involve gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, managing change activities, and working closely with both internal teams and external vendors. You’ll also support the onboarding and maintenance of applications within the UAM framework and ensure effective prioritisation across multiple system dependencies.
About You
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst across the full project lifecycle, from scope definition to delivery and transition to BAU.
- Experience working with ServiceNow and Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms (e.g. Saviynt)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to assess complex requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
- Well-versed in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a strong understanding of the agile BA role. Skilled in core BA techniques such as backlog management, user stories, use cases, business rules, process modelling, and stakeholder analysis.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage time, handling multiple tasks and competing demands with ease.
- Technically competent, with the ability to select and apply appropriate tools and techniques for business analysis activities.
- Experience with workflow platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Pega.
- Demonstrated success in diverse environments, from startups to large organisations, with flexibility to adapt and deliver in different contexts.
