About the Role

***9 month Secondment Opportunity***

A senior leadership position part of the GBP program delivery team, with primary accountability for delivery of business outcomes specifically related to the GBP program.

This role is responsible for driving best-in-class delivery practices to achieve successful program outcomes across multiple technology domains. It will leverage data and AI enablement to help shape the program's scope and delivery approach, supporting rapid progress through the pilot phase and scaling into full program execution.

As a key member of the cross-functional program leadership team, this role spans both technology and commercial streams, working in close partnership with global platform stakeholders. It also sits within the Technology Extended Leadership Team, playing a vital role in influencing strategic direction, fostering people engagement, and contributing to a strong, inclusive culture across the broader technology organisation.

NOTE: The scope of this role will evolve over the course of the GBP program. It will initially focus on the Pilot phase (as a secondment), with the potential to transition into a broader program delivery role—subject to confirmation of the final delivery model and program structure.

About You

• Proven leader in designing and delivering large-scale eCommerce platforms and services

• Strong experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation

• Deep expertise in Agile, DevOps, Lean, and Sportsbet-specific delivery methodologies

• Track record of leading major change initiatives and navigating organisational change

• Senior-level experience leadership in digital product development and agile program delivery

• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 30+ across design, delivery, and support

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology initiatives and transformation
