About the Role 

As the People & Culture Operations Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting core HR processes and ensuring smooth operational delivery across the employee lifecycle. From managing employee data and documentation to supporting HR systems and projects, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day People queries and administration. 

You’ll be responsible for HRIS administration, including processing SNAP tickets, managing employee surveys, and supporting cyclical projects like Rem Review and Smash It Day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams. 

 

About You 

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high delivery HR team 

  • Qualifications in a HR-related discipline desirable 

  • High process orientation and attention to detail 

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and deliver to deadlines 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 

  • Exposure to HRIS data management and entry-level systems knowledge 

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
