About the Role 

**This is a 12 month Secondment role**

Join Sportsbet’s Technology Office – People & Budget, where we enable the smooth running of our Tech function through strategic alignment, talent development, change, and budget optimisation.

As Change & Communications Lead, you’ll shape and deliver the comms and change strategy across Technology. Reporting to the Head of Technology Office – People & Budget, you’ll drive clear and impactful communication to support major tech programs and initiatives.

This role leads change and engagement across transformation projects, innovation, governance, and other strategic priorities. You’ll partner with leaders, People & Culture, and Corporate Affairs to raise the visibility of Sportsbet Technology and build a strong, unified identity.

By creating compelling narratives and strategies, you’ll foster alignment, support adoption of change, and help deliver real business value.

 

About You 

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Skilled at stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing
  • Collaborative, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Background in communications and/or change management (tech environment desirable)
  • Proven stakeholder management and event coordination experience
  • Exposure to data-driven insights; wagering industry experience a plus
  • Change Management certification desirable
