You bring a customer-first mindset and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. You’re comfortable using data to guide decisions, confident in juggling multiple priorities, and always looking for ways to improve processes. Above all, you take pride in safeguarding the integrity of our operations while having a bit of fun along the way.

A strong commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience while ensuring compliance and minimising risk.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams such as Customer Operations, AML, Compliance, and Safer Gambling.
Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, fraud, or financial crime are essential.
You’ll also bring:

The ability to think strategically while delivering on day-to-day operational priorities.
Resilience, adaptability, and a team-first attitude.
