About the Role 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support and enable the commercial workstream of our Global Betting Platform transformation by capturing detailed requirements, performing gap analyses, and aligning stakeholders across the business. You’ll ensure that delivery plans reflect commercial, compliance, and operational needs while facilitating scalable platform change that drives real business value. 

You will act as a crucial link between cross-functional teams, helping to prioritise efforts, manage governance reporting, and champion change readiness to realise the full potential of our platform transition. 

What You’ll Do 

• Leading workshops and deep-dive sessions with subject matter experts to define critical business requirements. 

• Identifying functionality differences between current and new platforms and collaborate to close those gaps. 

• Serving as the daily liaison for key stakeholders, manage blockers, flag trade-offs, and maintain accurate documentation. Support governance by preparing reports and tracking commercial OKRs. 

• Helping facilitate business readiness, training, and adoption efforts to ensure new platform capabilities translate into real-world commercial success. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation or platform migration programs 

• Strong facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and documentation skills 

• Comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders and steering committees 

• Skilled at navigating ambiguity and turning it into clear, actionable plans 

• Experienced in balancing commercial outcomes with compliance and operational requirements 

• Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models 

• Exposure to betting, gaming, financial services, or other regulated industries preferred 

• Experience with Flutter Tech ecosystem and Global Betting Platform is a plus
