Sportsbet is seeking a Senior Value Analyst to join our dynamic Customer Generosity team. This role is pivotal in driving the design, implementation, and evaluation of our industry-leading Customer Generosity Program,  delivering value to both customers and the business.

Whether it’s monitoring payments, investigating suspicious activity, or collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you’re proactive, adaptable, and driven to deliver results. 

You bring a customer-first mindset and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. You’re comfortable using data to guide decisions, confident in juggling multiple priorities, and always looking for ways to improve processes. Above all, you take pride in safeguarding the integrity of our operations while having a bit of fun along the way. 

Key Requirements  

• Lead data-driven analysis to guide strategy and investment decisions. 

• Design and manage end-to-end experiments and campaigns. 

• Provide insightful reporting, segmentation analysis, and performance evaluation. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Marketing. 

• Mentor junior analysts and support upskilling in data tools and storytelling.
